Once an order is placed on our website, we strive to prepare, pack, and ship it within 1–2 business days.

Please note that Italian public holidays and days when couriers do not collect parcels (e.g., Saturdays for certain carriers) are not considered business days.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected or purchased during checkout.

While we do our best to dispatch orders promptly, the actual delivery time depends on the courier service and the destination specified by the customer.

Free Shipping

Free shipping will always be carried out using the standard shipping method, which may have longer delivery times.

However, if the cost of express shipping is equivalent to that of standard shipping, we will choose the express option to ensure a faster delivery.

Packaging and Product Integrity

All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

Delays in Shipping

If we are unable to dispatch your order within the expected processing time, we will contact you as soon as possible with the next available shipping date.

Handcrafted Products and Availability

Our ceramic jewelry is entirely handcrafted in limited quantities. It is possible that the item you ordered has not yet been produced at the time of your purchase.

In such cases, we will begin production immediately and ship your order as soon as possible.

You will be notified in case of any delays in production or shipping.

Tracking Information

When available, we will provide a tracking number once your order has been shipped, so you can monitor the status of your delivery and coordinate with the courier if necessary.
